Mini Wonders — Attraction in Windermere

This is, hands down, my favorite store. Like, period. Every visit is a new adventure and I always head home with a few new friends for my collection (a few might be a tad of an understatement). The ladies that work here are outstanding, they really go above and beyond to make your day - I simply can't compliment them enough. And the selection of goodies they carry is incredible. Mini Dreamers very quickly became my go-to stop for everything Jellycat, but they also have an abundance of other items for babies and kids, and moms too! I recommend this shop to all my fellow collectors and to my friends that are new mommas.

I went in yesterday to buy jelly cats for a friends birthday, the girl behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me past a weak “hi”. She sat behind the counter and did not ask if I needed any help while most the toys did not have any tags. It was awkward trying to buy something with no price tag and I felt like a burden because she did not ask me if I needed any help. Even at the register, she was very cold and I just felt uncomfortable trying to ask prices. I’m not sure why they hire people that have no social or customer service skills. Weird priority, I placed an order online and when I got to the store they told me it was sold out, when I bought it in the store they told me it was in stock and when I was paying they told me it was sold out. Won’t shop there anymore. And what happen today is I want to buy that jelly cat in store and you told me you have that in stock, but when I’m ready to pay for that you told me it’s out of stock. And month ago we ordered a jelly cat at WeChat and you promised you will keep that for us but when we arrived at store we were told that one was sold.
