I have visited this location before and was satisfied however this last visit was less than pleasant. To start off, their 4-5 TV menus were not working and flashing an error screen the whole time I was there. I made an order for myself and some coworkers; 2 had ordered the Thai soup and both had these weird worm looking things in them (picture for ref). Both of them did not finish their lunch because it turned them off from eating. Another coworker had ordered the Banana Chocolate Cake but we did not receive it. I ordered the Yellow Curry, which is really the only thing I ever order from there and was super disappointed. The container was more than 2/3 rice and the amount of sauce barely covered the vegetables/meat and it definitely did not reach the mound of rice I was given. While waiting for my order to be prepared I used the washroom and if I didn't have to go that bad I would have waited the 20 minutes to get back to work. The smell was awful; it smelled of bad sewage and you could see water stains along the tiled floor and lip that goes up the wall. The sink and metal paper towel dispenser were covered in rust but at least they had soap and paper towels in them. I've come here a few times with my wife and she orders the pad thai not spicey, unfortunately today I said "mild" for her which on the menu shows the lowest level of spicey. She can't eat spicey foods and couldn't eat this. When I asked what the difference was they said it was because I said mild so they put chili peppers in it. I asked if I could get it remade without chili peppers and they refused saying the manager is not here so they can't do it. I told them I would not be returning here and they were okay with that. It was not until my wife went up and said she was 6 months pregnant and can't eat spicey foods that they agreed to give her a refund. She then got the money and said okay now ring it up as no spicey and remake it and they did. Whaaat? This is besides the point we asked for no tofu and it came with tofu and a side note the sushi place it's attached to I asked for no Mayo and got Mayo. What a train wreck here. Oh and the bathroom is having sewer issues...

Went there this past weekend with my kid to pick up lunch and the owner was at the till. Last time I saw him was when he replaced a meal that they had screwed up on and head office helped mediate it, I brought a print out of the email at the time. I've been there several times since albeit not seeing the owner. The owner sees me and right away he accuses me of fraud and stated he's been looking for me ever since. I had no clue what he was implying and then he claimed I made up the email and he wanted to call the police. I got pretty pissed off and said why in the world would I make up an email to get a meal? I didn't appreciate his accusations especially in front of my kid - I yelled at him with choice words and walked out. I contacted head office asking them what was wrong with this guy and that his accusations are slanderous - they haven't bothered with replying ....this owner has serious issues especially with the attitude if he been trying...
