This building is not wheelchair friendly. The two wheelchair accessible doors to the lobby do not open all the way so it is impossible to get through if you were by yourself and there is no one to hold the door open for you. There’s also a deep lip that is very hard to get over if you’re wheeling yourself, or you’re an older or weaker person pushing another person in a wheelchair. The elevator access is only accessible through key card. There’s an enter and exit system going on for Covid and there is no wheelchair accessible doors for the exit. I just helped two octogenarian’s try to get in through the lobby and both sets of doors hit them when they tried to do it without my help, and even though I’m in my early 40s I had an extremely hard time getting the woman in the wheelchair over the two lips in the doorways. We had to back up and basically go at ramming speed trying not to tip her forward, to get her wheels over the lips. In this day and age I find this kind of thing completely unacceptable. Please do better and make your space otherly abled accessible. Those of us with physical disabilities should be able to enjoy these kind of...

May goodness what can I say, the excitement I could not wait until Tuesday evening to see the Ghana 🇬🇭 pavilion. What a treat on a beautiful sunny evening to enjoy a story of a tourist Steve to experience different parts of your home, talent on the stage with the beautiful dancers and the wonderful food. Welcome Ghana the Folklorama Winnipeg. We are excited for you to show case and share beautiful Ghana.

The dancers entertained everyone, I was dancing in the chair along with others as the music and dancers danced. The audience clapping joined in the fun.

Foto booth was a nice addition with props to create the cool fotos lasting memories. People took the opportunity to take a foto or two.

When you see a line up for food your know the food is teasing your taste buds wanting while people go up for seconds.

Whether you had brought online, on person or traveled on the tour bus everyone had a huge smile on their face with lasting memories.

Thank you so much for a wonderful...

I was at the French Canadian Pavillion. It was the 6:45 show. August 11th. The show itself was great, if I could see it? They had oversold the event. Everyone was crammed in. They had to create a couple of rows of seats by the bar. Food? Didn't bother, too much of a line up. Yes, we could have arrived a bit earlier, but we had arrived early enough. I was surprised that they would do this? Did they forget about COVID? Not exactly socially distancing. Disappointed, looks they were just money hungry. I haven't been for many years. Can't say when I would...

Folklorama! Great venue for it. Enjoy getting in touch with my French-Canadian/Acadian heritage by going to the pavilion. The archives for doing genealogy are located here also. I have been there a few times and they are always very helpful. I used to go to Cora's when it was here and prefer that but Stella's is ok too.

Lassana, the front desk workers, Francis (hall manager), and the bartenders made it a great experience for our wedding social. Thank you, Franco-Manitobain, for all the help, venue was beautiful, all workers were very helpful.
