Subway — Restaurant in Winnipeg

Ordered online using the app to be picked-up at 9:30pm. Google house and the app hours both state the store is open until 10pm. Went to pickup my order to find the doors already locked, the employee came and said they closed the counter at 9pm. I did not receive my order. Upon requesting for a refund, I was told I could return the following morning to pick up my order. I refused and requested a refund. The employee did not assist. Other customers also came to the store to pickup there orders and were turned away. If this is common practice, change your store hours or availability. Will now most likely need to do a credit card charge back for an incomplete order that the employee working did not finish, and did not refund me for. If you're in the mood for a sub that's been squished flat, can somebody explain why subway staff squish the buns flat? And for some veggies that look like you may or may not get sick, then this is the location for you. Are you looking for staff with dirty gloves who get ingredients like mustard on your sub that you didn't order? If you are this is definitely the location for you. I've seen a few decent staff in here but today was our last attempt....

I ALWAYS love a Subway. My favorite is the cold cut trio. They have so many other great sandwiches. The facility on provencher was very accommodating. I had purchased 3 dozen cookies.
