EXPIRED PRODUCT! Unfortunately here is no “ZERO” star sign. And this is for Beauty Dept and for Front Manager Denise in particular. Explaining my situation that I have had car accident last that’s why I couldn’t return the product on time and had only 2 days overdue, I was kept telling that it is 30 days return. However, the product that I’m always buying gave me and itchy allergic rush on my face (Bioderma Hydro gel serum) and apparently when I bought it on August 13, 2025 it’s expiration day was already 08/2025!!! So even though I was not going into fight, I was trying to explain that I have had a very serious reason not to return 2 days earlier. Denise literally told when I asked her nicely to be so kind and do exception for the expired product that gave me a lot of issues , she said -no exceptions for you. I work as a store manager in a big department store too for many years, and I always accommodate this kind of little request especially if a customer mentions a real and serious reason. I will emphasize again - the product sold to me WAS EXPIRED ! Who is going to pay for my face lotions/creams treatment ? P.S. out of curiosity I drove to the next neighborhood and they gladly accommodated and helped me with the return back to GC/store credit. Read moreI go here often to buy hygiene and household items. It's usually a great store however I've noticed they are not doing their part with preventing the spread of covid 19. There are times the store has many people in it (I've never counted the exact number) that it is hard to move through the store to keep distance. I was in there today and they have signs that if you enter the store you must wear a mask but they do not enforce that rule. I was in line behind a lady who was not wearing a mask there was 3 staff members around 1 at the cash register serving this lady and 2 near the self check out I was surprised to find that none of the staff asked her to wear a mask not only is it now a law you wear a mask in public but it made me upset as a mother of a 21 month old who just spent 7 weeks in hospital within the 7 weeks was in the pediatric ICU twice hooked up to a ventilator, I am terrified to bring any kind of virus home to him. Was giving me a disgusted face when I was shopping for pads and tampons…. She also giggled when I accidentally dropped the tampons and Advil I was holding... I paid for my items, then left the store. I came back instantly when I noticed the lotion bottle I PURCHASED may have been tampered with/broken, because the cap was extremely loose and asked her if I can get a new lotion. She said “umm..” and had this huge smile. I was waiting for her answer. I waited then said “So.. can I grab a different one?” And she didn’t answer. She was just standing there smiling going “ummm” I said “nevermind” and left the store. TELL EMPLOYEES TO BE NICER TO YOUR CUSTOMERS PLEASE. Horrible customer service and she really did hurt...
