If you enjoy not getting what you ordered, waiting crazy amounts of time for your coffee to be made, and non-accountable customer service, then please.., go here. You will be satified. Years of orders being wrong had added up to me writing this. Today pushed me over the edge. Ordered two Americanos, black, through drive-through, and after paying was asked to wait for them to be brought out to me, and to pull ahead and park. No problem. Specialty coffee take time to make. I get it. Please note, this was long after the lunch rush, so it was not that busy at this Tims' location. After 10 MINUTES of waiting, I went into Tims to inquire on the status of the two coffees I paid for. Yep.., they were done, sitting at the machine still, getting cold. They completely forgotten about me and my order. Any apologies?.. Hell no! Had to microwave the coffees when I got home. So much for fresh brew and a good experience. I don't want any free stuff out of this.., just better service for the next person. Will NEVER go back to this...
Read moreThis is by far one of the worst Tim Hortons I have been to. As someone who has worked at Tim Hortons I know how it works and how it should be run and this one is always too slow. The cashiers at the front always interrupt you when you're ordering and ask questions not pertaining to your order and get it wrong most of the time and I've had messed up orders for a while now. Sometimes the cashiers go do other things when taking my order, don't know why because then you mess up the order more and then wonder why I'm irritated that it's wrong. Another issue is the coffee, sometimes it's good, but majority of the time it's burnt and nasty and I just dump it and I want good coffee in the morning. Another issue I have is in the morning during rush hour their bathroom is CLOSED FOR CLEANING. I'm sorry but I have an hour and a half commute and if I can't use the bathroom because it's being cleaned at one of the busiest times in the morning it's just a major invoincvence. Long story short, I don't recommend this tims if you can avoid...
Read moreNo staff to Serve the People very slow service I was there 5 * on the weekend and every time there's only four people to five people in there when their drive-thru is full and there's three or four people waiting to be served in a restaurant not visiting no more very unorganized situation. You can serve the public on New Year's Day or a weekend busy day of any kind without the proper Staffing. Whoever owns this store Ted's best learn how to run a store unimpressed. 20 minutes waiting for a coffee well they're serving a drive-thru and is only three people in their ordering coffee one already had their coffee waiting for I don't know a muffin or something! I was checking in line and I had to speak up to get someone to come and serve me coffee at the cash register never again hello so glad he's putting this on Facebook and whatever else I can get it on unimpressed unimpressed unimpressed!!!!
