Staff attitude was the most terrible I've ever seen, i went that day and it was a malay girl at the ordering counter, we asked her whether the drink still available, her words never exceed 3 in a sentence. Had a bad experience, the staff has terrible teamwork and keep pushing work to other staff and I wait 3 hours to just see their drama. One of the girl crying and 3 of the staff just let her be doing a job that they can also do together. Please do train your staff and just a reminder the girl at the counter is very rude, acting unprofessional infront of the customer for what? Your customer came for this chagee only to see drama between the staff ah???

Incredibly rude staff - Fatin was her name. I was notified that my drinks were ready for pick up so I went it but no one helped. So I started looking at all the bags lined up to see if any of them matched with my order number. And Fatin yells out ‘Itu bukan u punya, you jangan kacao kacao’. Wow. I was really taken aback, and all I can say is, Fatin you have truly destroyed this Chagee outlets reputation. I have no clue how you have not been sacked as majority of the 1 star ratings on here...
