Visited Mama Go in Ipoh and had a wonderful experience! We tried their Chaozhou hotpot and the soup was incredibly flavorful — rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious. What made the experience even better was the warm and friendly host, who generously offered us a free soup top-up without us even asking! We also had their Flower Pot Tea, which was both soothing and refreshing — a perfect complement to the meal. The hospitality and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and satisfying hotpot experience in Ipoh!

Came here for the first time recently and service was pretty amazing. Signature butter mushroom was really delicious although a bit expensive at rm16.90 per plate for 2 persons. Also ordered the crab tofu, pak choy which were okay and mayonnaise prawn which was really interesting it had turnip inside and tofu skin not unlike the resemblance of actual prawn, was tasty too They even gave us a complimentary dessert of rojak fruits - strawberry and cucumber which was delightful 👍

The Sichuan soup is a bit bland but the herbal soup is tasty. You will get an awesome taste if you combine both, no kidding 🤤. They gave us some pickles and rojak for free! But the rojak a bit sweet for me but the pickles are crunchy 🤤 We will definitely be back again for other dishes 👍🏻

I have visited this restaurant 4 times ever since they first opened.. I DON'T RECOMMEND going there because of the extremely POOR SERVICE. THE POOR SERVICE AND THE RUDE LADY ISN'T WORTH THE TASTE OF THE FOOD.

Their main lady staff is extremely RUDE, AND HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE. SHE ALWAYS SERVES THE FOOD WITH SO MUCH FRUSTRATION. SHE IS NOT FIT TO BE WORKING THERE IF SHE CAN'T TAKE ORDERS CALMLY AND SERVE THEM WELL. TODAY SHE YELLED AT ME AND MY FRIEND AS WE WERE CALMLY GIVING HER THE ORDER AFTER A 20 MIN WAIT. Even when the place is NOT BUSY yet she is SO RUDE. The food we ate carries her BAD ENERGY. THEY HAVE BEEN OPEN FOR QUITE SOME TIME. THEIR LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED IF A STAFF OF SUCH ATTITUDE CONTINUES TO WORK THERE.

Next, they seem to have a LACK OF STAFF. On 3 ocassions, some of the food we ordered NEVER CAME, we kept reminding them multiple times but still it was left...

Had a wonderful family dinner here.

Their hospitality was the main highlight. Friendly, attentive and very well mannered crew they have here.

Food was very tasty. We ordered the: Curry Fish Fillet ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Buttery Mushroom ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Beijing Roasted Duck❤️❤️❤️❤️ Fried Pak Choy with Beancurd ❤️❤️❤️

We really enjoyed our dinner here and we highly recommend this cafe for anyone looking for delicious vegetarian meal.

The place might be a little small for a big group. Make sure to call and reserve to avoid any...
