Guilin Rongshanhu Scenic Area — Attraction in Guilin

Guilin Rongshan Scenic, precisely as Guilin Rongshanhu Scenic Lake Area is located in the centre Guilin, Guangxi province. It is actually made by two lakes: the Rong Lake and the Shan Lake. The meaning of Shan Lake is Fir Lake and Rong Lake is Banyan Lake because this area surrounded by banyan trees, including an ancient banyan tree (800 years old) on its northern shore.

Fue en 214 a. C. cuando el primer emperador de la dinastía Qin (221 a. C.-206 a. C.) incorporó la comarca de Guilin al imperio chino.
