Well-appointed and has parking, but the tennis courts are a bit too close to the road, so in addition to moderately good air quality, there are some distractions when playing tennis. The constant light breezes of Beaufort number 2 keep the air pollution from the motor vehicles at bay. Otherwise, it is great, especially because it has parking.
