Clean and decent. Not so much for food though.

Ramen with half-cooked egg - I went for thicker soup while keeping the green onion and pickled bamboo shoot. Half-cooked egg really captured the authentic flavour and texture. So good I believe they use eggs directly imported from Japan. Bamboo shoot also enjoyable. Barbecue pork is kinda boring. Feel like tasting everything at 70% and you really wish it can improve. Not much impressed by the noodle or soup unfortunately. Perhaps the water had limited the possibilities. Fried chicken - sorry but this was one of the worst Japanese fried chicken I ever had in my life. Not crispy at all. More like you are gulping oil down when you are chewing a piece of chicken. The dip didn’t chip...

The deep-fried chicken nuggets and dumplings...

They offered four dishes and I tried the first one on the menu, which had a really really good broth and the chicken had an amazing flavour. Dumplings were piping hot and best to wait a bit for it to cool until consumption. Egg and other items also can be added to the original dish which was 89$, the spicy broth...
