A new artificial beach of Tai Po, located in Tai Mei Duk just opposite the 巴希亞燒烤, is a popular scenic spot in the East New Territories. Sand is much finer and smaller than I imagine, water is clear, the beach itself is clean. A great place for family gathering or hanging out with friends when the social distancing is still in force. You can also drop by the restaurants nearby for a diner after beaching for a whole day. This is a surprise 😲 I have come here many times and suddenly a new beach pop up, is completely new with all modern facilities, nice showers and changing rooms. Beach is not massive but still a good size, considering all the sand was imported, is a man made beach 🏖... Definitely worth a visit. Bring your beach gears or they have shop to buy all your needs.
