A Convenient Gateway to Ocean Park Fun! Ocean Park MTR Station is a bustling hub that serves as the primary access point to the renowned Ocean Park Hong Kong. The station is well-connected to the city's transportation network, making it easy for visitors to reach this popular attraction. While the station is efficient and clean, it can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours and on weekends. This is understandable given the popularity of Ocean Park, but it's something to keep in mind when planning your visit. Despite the crowds, the station staff are generally helpful and efficient in guiding visitors. The signage is clear and easy to follow, making it easy to navigate the station and find your way to the park. Overall, Ocean Park MTR Station is a necessary and well-maintained facility that plays a crucial role in facilitating access to this world-class theme park.

The South Island Line is ridiculous. Worst subway in the world. How MTR has fallen run by management that never set foot into operations but look at bottom line only. The stations are too narrow to handle the volume of people. Those waiting will blockade those getting off. This is not rocket science. Trains are packed like sardines cause of profit maximization. Even during COVID-19 the trains run ever 6 to 10 plus minutes each to maximize rider numbers to the detriment of health safety, security and enjoyment of passengers. The AC units in the trains are either off or set too low again to save costs. The air stanks of human breath. MTR saves costs offloading to the public to get sick and burden the healthcare system. Shane on MTR management. Do they even try riding the system? How do you sell something you don't believe in our even tried?!

To reach here...just take a MTR to ocean park and on exit you will find Ocean park entrance. Dont confuse with google map marker showing Ocean park on hillside...to reach that point you need to take a cable car or ocean express train to the hill - summit for thrilling rides..cable car ride is.really a memorable one.. lengthy ques to board cc

Terrible customer service. Instead of assisting physically challenged people to head to the customer service centre, they would ask the customer to leave the station and head to the next block for another exit/entry which is connected to the customer service centre, all while the staff was free. The female staff (who picked up the enquiry call from the ticket machine) was just sitting in the service centre doing nothing without any customers. Her attitude was just pure rubbish. There were four staff in total and she could easily inform one of her colleagues to help.

Not to mention the poorly designed platforms which were not catered for big crowds. It gets very dangerous on the weekends when people going to/ leaving Ocean Park. The management should do...
