Pier Lounge & Pier Bar — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

An awesome staycation back in may at the Ocean Park Marriott.  The one day package came with a $1,000 F&B credit meaning this dinner ($8xx for3 ppl) plus part of the breakfast was free. The staff at the Pier Lounge and Bar were friendly (a big thanks to benny) where they checked on us once in a while to see if we need anything (necessary when you have a kid with you) and they were nice enough to swap out the ice cream for a cupcake when my son had his eyes on one 🧁 Food wise, I gotta say every dish was good and quality was consistent, starting from the salad, soup, main course to dessert I did not have any complain with any of those.  The grilled rosemary  spring chicken was slightly overcooked but it wasn't a big issue at all. Pier Lounge & Pier Bar at Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel was a huge letdown for their Father’s Day BBQ Buffet. The selection was extremely limited—lobster was scarce, gone in seconds, and took ages to refill, with some pieces tasting off. Seafood and BBQ options were minimal, lacking variety and quality. 聖誕有限下午茶@Pier Lounge

這天來到Check-in後便到Pier Lounge先品嚐一頓聖誕悠閒下午茶。

這兒環境輕鬆舒適富有現代的氣氛，確實是個吃下午茶的好地方。

Lounge內已經佈置了各式各樣的聖誕裝飾，未到聖誕節已經感受到那份節日的感覺。

Lounge入口還有一棵環保聖誕樹，超喜歡這個設計既環保又可以展示出聖誕的氣氛。

安坐好後我們的聖誕悠閒下午茶便呈到檯上，這個下午茶總共由四款鹹點加四款甜點，還有牛油鬆餅及茶點組合而成，看上去點心件頭不細必定相當滿足。

飲品方面下午茶包有各式Illy傳統有機意式咖啡、多款Reign有機茶及精選茗茶，如果喜歡微醺感覺的朋友更可升級轉飲氣泡酒＄68/杯、$308/枝，或香檳$168/杯、$840/枝。

我跟車爸爸這刻想保持清醒所以選了飲茶，我選了大吉嶺紅茶而他則揀止鐵觀音來配襯下午茶。

四款鹹點心包括是鮮軟的三文魚配芝士、鵝肝醬配法式甜包及蜜餞洋蔥醬、鹹香的法式龍蝦菠菜撻及小巧精緻的三文魚子配小薄餅及酸忌廉。

當中最吸引我的絕對是這件鵝肝醬法式甜包，幼滑的鵝肝醬配襯蜜餞洋蔥醬，味道甘香之中帶有甜蜜的味道吃得我非常滋味。

吃過鹹點之後當然到品嚐甜品的時候，對於下午茶的鬆餅我是頗有要求的，不知這兒的Scones能否得到我的歡心呢？
