小馬山，海拔425m，南接畢拿山及大風坳，東可下金督馳馬徑。遠眺港島東面及對岸。一徑貫之，沿途少休憩地方，路邊草叢阻礙遠眺視野。山頂標高處設路旁，不留神會錯過。過標高處下金督馳馬徑，小馬山兩岸景色此段最雄偉；落小馬山到畢拿山或往渣甸山，則是大潭水塘赤柱半島，港島南面海天的謐靜。
