新海利酒店 — Attraction in Zhuhai

The hotel is about 15-20 minutes walk from the Gongbei immigration check point.||||I did not expect much from a Rmb 300 plus hotel. But it was surprisingly acceptable. More than acceptable. ||||Room - we booked a cheaper room and all the room are smoking room. the room have quite a smell. we accepted it because it's only for 1 night. There is windows but a very tiny window.||||Deposit - They do want a Rmb 300.00 deposit because they have a on-demand video on the TV. The movies are not free. ||||Breakfast - They have but it cost Rmb 98.00 per person. We pass.||||Bathroom/Toilet - we discovered some pee stain on the toilet bowl. we wipe it clean. ||||Wifi - I think they free wifi but we don't use it. We roam. If you use their wife, all google services will not be accessible.||||Transportation - if you are travelling from Hong Kong, they provide bus shuttle. Cost Rmb $10 per person. This is probably the main advantage for this hotel. The bus stop in front of the hotel. The bus will stop across the street on certain days of the weeks. ||||Food - a 5 minutes walk to the left side of the hotel have tons of restaurants. Mcdonald and Starbucks is 15min walk from hotel. All are very close. They have their restaurant, too. I think their restaurant is more famous than their hotel.||||Overall, quite happy with the room and service. It's a nice hotel with quite comfortable room. Everything's okay until you get inside the bathroom and the people in the room is shouting at you that they can see you taking a shower. I think they should remodel the shower area so it won't be visible from outside while we clean our mess. The staffs were also helpful, and they even helped us to find a hotel when we decided to go to Shenzhen. They delivered the address and the contact number directly to our room.
