Hotel is very near to the customs (gong bei). Grand feel and the rooms are pretty. Don't think u can find a king size bed in this hotel though. But there's a pillow menu; you can select pillows and request for it. Breakfast not excellent. Staff mostly speak mandarin (don't think u can find an English speaking one). I like the electric dryer in the toilet - Dries clothes up fast! ||Down side of the hotel is there will be drunk people around the lobby area after midnight as there is a drinking plc in one of the lower floors. The hotel seems to be a really old 1900s type. Interior was a very classic look. The reception staff was nice and friendly however, there was nothing in the breakfast I could eat so that was a waste of money because it’s only cater for Chinese people. The menu of the breakfast was basically for Chinese menu no intercontinental stuff was available. There was only one type of fruit available And that was cantaloupe.
