Location is extremely convenient for travelling within Zhuhai, nearby Macau and Hong Kong. Gongbei port is just 10 minutes walk. A shopping mall is directly under this hotel. Hotel front desk and concierge are helpful. Conceirge even showed me the short cut leading to the Gongbei port. A lot of local guests within this hotel.Quite a few restaurants in this hotel. I tried their hotpot restaurant, beef was fresh, food was tasty and service staff was very attentive. There are plenty of eating places around as well. Facility is old surrounded by very old buildings and streets. Easy to get taxi to move around to places of interests e.g. 日月贝，圆明新园，板樟山 etc.Small swimming pool and gym. Not crowded at all.Water supply from the room was not so good and inconsistent temperature. Thus a little troublesome when showering. I find the most uncomfortable part was the bed. I think the mattress was not in good condition. It was noisy whenever I sat or turned and changed my laying down position. I did not sleep well. Feedback to hotel front desk when I checked out. The deluxe room for the Macau viewing room are not designed properly.

1. Both the toilet and shower room shares the same sliding room as it is located side by side. If the toilet is used, you cannot use the shower room for showering as the door is used to cover the toilet. Shower room does not have any hooks to hang your clothes.

2. Toilet has no spray for ladies.

3. Shower room feels very compact with no hanger for clothes.

4. The toilet, the sink, the shower room is an open concept with no door to separate them from the bed room. The stench from the toilet will flow to the bed room.

5. Not enough power points given for stayers. Only 1 3-point socket was given and another is a 2-point socket meant for India.

6. TV is fixed at the end of the room and not at the centre of the 2 beds where the stayers can watch it while the study area is located at the centre...
