This hotel is relatively new. Everything works and there is even an electronically adjusted King size (it might be bigger than King size!) bed in my room. You get a full range of Chinese TV channels. English speakers would only have TVB Jade. Safe deposit box in the room, mini fridge, complimentary bottled water, large flat screen TV. Aircon works really well. My room came with 2 pairs of adult slippers and a pair of child slippers. I have not seen that in many hotels. Cheaper rooms may have no windows. Not every room has got a bath tub. ||||The spa is just 10 steps away in the next building where you can get a dip in the hot pool, steam room and sauna. After that you can get a foot rub / back massage upstairs. The spa building is almost as large as the hotel, if not, bigger. I am a sucker for massages, so I love it! Massage is not free, but there are some discount coupons that the front desk gave out from time to time. So ask for some if you want to go for a massage. ||||Go out the back door and you can find local street food and slightly beyond that are local restaurant. I would imagine non-Chinese speakers may not find this place very accommodating, but I speak Chinese. So I wouldn't know. :)||||Food available at the hotel is mainly Chinese, although fried rice and sandwiches are available. The Dim Sim restaurant is pretty good. I skipped the free breakfast and paid for Dim Sim breakfast most of the time. I felt very safe in the compound, there are security folks available any time I walked out the front door. There is no loud KTV or blaring from the traffic.||||There are 2 other hotels in the area, so when I grew tired of the food, I walked over to the other hotels for food. There is a courtesy ride to the Zhuhai-Macau border. You need to ask the concierge for...

Read moreHotel ReviewThis Easter, my family and I, a group of 7, stayed at this hotel for a relaxing 4-day, 3-night getaway, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The hotel has a rich history, and while the facilities may not be five-star, their service absolutely meets five-star standards.Whether it was the front desk reception, the shuttle drivers, or the housekeepers, everyone was incredibly polite, making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. During check-in, Ms. Tse (謝小姐)at the front desk was super efficient and proactively shared details about our package and nearby attractions, which I found very thoughtful.Whenever I had questions, such as about room amenities or restaurant hours, they patiently answered and always kept a smile on their faces, which really lifted my spirits. The hotel environment was also very comfortable, with clean and tidy lobbies and rooms. What impressed me the most was the friendly front desk staff, especially Ms.Tse (謝小姐. Every time I entered or exited the hotel, she greeted me with a warm smile and called me by my last name, asking if I needed anything. Their enthusiastic service truly made my trip unforgettable.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who appreciate excellent service. I look forward to returning next time to enjoy their warm hospitality again!Note: The package includes hotel accommodation, breakfast, private shuttle service, and spa treatments. There are also plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby, making it very convenient.Once again, thanks to Ms.Tse (謝小姐) for their...
