From the first contact to the last, we felt very well taken care of with the team at Dragon Fly. We messaged on WhatsApp to make a reservation for two people the following day. They confirmed, arranged round trip transport and sent info, so we knew what to expect. As we arrived at the site, it started raining, so they stopped operations for a while to wait for the rain to pass, which we appreciated. Juliana (I think was her name), who coordinated onsite, was super friendly, took payment and let us know when it was our turn. My mom is 63 years old and does not speak Spanish, so she was very nervous, but her guide Jorge took great care of her, even when she felt sick up in the air. He handled the GoPro and made sure that my mom got epic footage despite feeling nauseous. My guide, Andres, was great, too, and I am still speechless from this experience. The views are spectacular. It was fun having music up there as well, and I love my videos and pictures!! Juliana checked in on us after our paragliding and made sure my mom was doing okay. The entire team we encountered was very dedicated, kind and helpful from beginning to end. Highly recommend!...

I did not participate, but I paid. My girls had a great time. They were laughing the entire ride back to Medellin. When you get a ride to the parking lot, you will have to climb stairs to the launch location. Someone pointed us to the correct direction and estimated that there were 200 stairs. I counted every step on the way down and there are exactly 295 steps. We were 25 minutes late between climbing the stairs and super slow drivers in front of our Uber. Just a heads up, I had no service in the parking lot, but my phone worked above the mountain. Also Uber said the fee would be under 30.000 pesos, but they jacked up the charge to 45.000 pesos, so I will need to challenge that. There are no Ubers willing to pick us up, so I paid a taxi and it was 35.000 pesos. The 6% fee for using a debit or credit card is fair. I shopped around and another company was charging 10%. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and took safety as a top priority. I cannot recommend this company enough. There was no problems with us being late to our...

Jorge is the best!!! I had such an amazing experience with him. A professional throughout from experience. Not only is he a champion in paragliding which made the off taking and landing so smoothly, I think he took the best photos with the GoPro as well. If you can, fly with him. My friend on the other hand, had a bad experience with Felipe, the photos he took were not usable at all and no small stunts done at the end, the good thing is that after complaint to the staff, David, another pilot offered to help my friend take off another short round for better photos. And David was another real profesional. I really appreciate their service!...

100% recommended, To get there you can get a taxi, Uber, or arrange any kind of transportation with the agency tour. Flying time will depend of the weather but most of them fly from 8am to 1pm. They give you all the equipment necessary for the activity, you will fly over the city and be able to see those spectacular views of the whole city. Cost: $65 usd. Recommendation: 1-bring your own hoodie, jacket because it gets cold up there due to the strong winds, 2- use close shoes and pants. 2-bring cash (local currency preferable) Enjoy your fly!!
