Sublime Brunch Coffee & Bar — Restaurant in Armenia

OK so the first thing I gotta mention is the staff uniforms, they are horrible, all of them wearing like a gray jumpsuit that looks horrible, you don't know if they're there to service your car or are convicts doing community service, and on top of that, all of them are wearing old used sneakers, it doesn't look good at all. I ordered the Chicharrones and it was a total ripoff, just look at the picture, the "protein" (not really cause it was all fat) was only the 30% of the plate and they are charging for dis almost 30 k. My wife ordered the salmon bowl and she was disappointed as well, the salmon was 4 cubes only, the arugula tasted sour, this bowl is almost 50 k and like I said, it's a rip off, you can get e times more salmon in a supermarket for the price being charged here. They use some cheap dollar three lamps on your table, they take a lot of space and leave no room for napkins salt and pepper. Bell extractor in the kitchen wasn't working so all the area around the kitchen was covered in smoke and smell of burnt oil. Bread and bakery is just OK. I liked the decor on the first floor, and the second floor was ok, but i noticed the server did not come up as often upstairs, which is why i give a 4, but she was really kind. All drinks were great! El lugar muy bonito, muy elegante y toda la cosa pero la comida opino que se demoran mucho tiempo elaborandola para lo poquito que es y a parte por el precio uno esperaría que tuviera algo distinto, algo especial en cuanto a sabor.

Adicionalmente en mi caso pedí una limonada de coco y prácticamente me tocó fue comermela con una cuchara, por que más de la mitad del vaso era solo coco.

La atención 4 estrellas por que el mesero a pesar de que atendió muy bien, le estaba coqueteando a la gente con la que fui en lugar de tomar el pedido y literalmente cuando yo estaba hablando para tomar el pedido, me estaba ignorando.

Pero en general bien, supongo que no siempre pasan esas situaciones y habrán otros platos que sí tendrán un sabor distinto e interesante por lo que valga la pena pagar el precio, recomiendo el sitio más que nada por lo limpio y lo bonito que se ve y la atención al cliente dejando de lado el...
