The best concert venue in Colombia by far. It’s well organized, audio is perfect, lots of space for everyone in the corridors and mall with fantastic food options! Just wish it was a bit bigger in the seating area. Being in the arena and checking the stores and experiences was half of it, felt like a bit like a festival. Since it’s a roofed venue, Bogota’s famous rains can’t ruin the show and to top it off it’s not cold so but it’s till fresh as if you were partying with the AC on. Saw C. Tangana, showing us that we’re all welcome in the table and that all music should have a bit of flamenco in it, and that flamenco can have a bit more of everything else in it.

Came to Bogotá from Medellin to watch Peso Pluma and I have to say that the arena is a whole vibe. I suggest going in when the gates open because there's tons of venders inside, including bars, restaurants, etc. Also, if you wait last minute then you'll encounter long lines. I had to wait 30 minutes to get into the arena via gate 6. Let me tell you that there's alcohol everywhere. Not only that you can buy bottles of liquor, they will pour it into water bottle like containers for you to enjoy during the concert. Sound system is suburb and the Latin American vibe at concerts is just top notch above anything you'll see in USA.

Totally, utterly NEGATIVE.

Why ?

First we had to wait 26 minutes in the ticket counter que.

The reason for the visit at the ticket counter to ask why the ticket QR code had not been set to our email account the day before the event......

The answer we received after waiting 26 minutes: "It will be sent soon..."

This answer is not acceptable in an organised wester world, considering that the concert starts in less than 8hrs.

Please...
