Buy your tickets in advance (the day before or the morning before the park opens). If you do that using their website you will pay a lower price compared to if you buy the tickets in person we did not know this and so therefore we bought our tickets at the booth and for the adults it was $120 k cop per person. That's about $30 usd which is considered expensive if you ask the locals.

It was a nice theme park we went on a Tuesday arriving around 12:00 noon and we did not have to wait very long to buy the tickets nor to get on the attractions almost everything was a 10-minute wait or less everything that is other than the new roller coaster which is purple and they call it Drakko. That attraction doesn't open until 1:00 p.m. and we went around because that was actually the last ride that we did before leaving and we entered the line around 5:05 p.m. to get on that roller coaster and that one was a weight of about 30 minutes or about a little bit less than 30 minutes and that was the longest wait that we had to endure all-day.

So I assume if you go there on a Monday Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday that you'll have a similar experience and that there's no need to pay for the fast pass.

We wanted to buy tickets online in advance but the website did not accept our cards to make payment while we had no issue with the cards to buy tickets there. There are long lines for all main attractions which takes hours and all main attarctions ( blue, yellow, green) were closed from time to time for 20-40-60 minutes for some kind of maintenance which even more expends your waiting time.. If you can, just buy fast track. We waited for more than an hour for the highest blue attraction and after an hour we were told that it does not work and needs maintenance which will last for 20 min and after 20 min. we were told that it will take one hour to fix it. After fixing it, it made one ride and again stopped for maintenance and was opened close to the end of the day. They dont allow anything to take to this attraction and ask you to use lockers which are very small for any backpack and you have to go back to the main entrance to the main lockers. The other attractions have their big spaces for backpacks. If not consider queues, maintenance issues, waiting time, terrible...

Worst experience I’ve had at a theme park. Me and my girlfriend bought 2 nitro plus passes from the self-serve kiosk and didn’t receive our tickets that we paid for by email.

They had us waiting for 1 hour outside the gate, going back and forth with us on the phone and wouldn’t let us in even though we paid for the ticket.

After 60 minutes they finally sent me an email with the tickets and didn’t even offer us any extras after they wasted our time and it was their OWN mistake. Horrible customer service. They should have offered a fast pass for wasting our time, but their heads were so far up their own asses that they didn’t offer anything.

Because of their incompetence and stupidity they turned what was suppose to be a fun day with my girlfriend into a nightmare.

After we got into the theme park we had 2 hours left. This would have been okay if the lineups weren’t 80 minutes long.
