Smartfit — Attraction in Envigado

Came here to buy a Daypass after visiting the Villagrande location just the day before. During previous trips I’ve been to several Smartfits in Colombia, Peru, and Brazil. It was a lengthy process to go through the registration system, and when we got to the end their machine said that my international VISA card was declined. They dont accept COP (cash) and did not seem interested in helping me out at all. The place looked nice and it was tough to have to turn around and walk away when I was excited to work out here.

I wound up walking a mile to the competitor and got work in, and while checking my email I saw a confirmation email w my Viva Envigado Smartfit Daypass receipt (looks like it was approved after all).

Such a rough experience if youre visiting from abroad, Villagrande is...

Mi suegra tuvo un accidente muy horrible el martes 7 de junio en esta sede a las 6:30am, se subió a una caminadora en movimiento que algún desadaptado dejó en funcionamiento al bajarse, lo grave es que 1. Yo estaba en uno de los salones en una clase de aeróbicos y el instructor no fue capaz de ir a llamarme para yo ir a auxiliar a mi suegra. 2. Mi suegra por más que pedía un hielo nadie la socorría y 3. El servicio médico que tiene el gimnasio se demoraba más de una hora para ir a atenderla y la llamaron como 3 veces a ella a preguntarle si necesitaba puntos... Por Dios ella que iba a saber! Ni que fuera médica, finalmente la dejaron ir manejando ella botando sangre de las heridas que tuvo en el ojo, cachete, nariz, cuello, díganme quien se va a quedar esperando así más de una hora en el gimnasio dónde a duras penas le pasaron una servilleta para que se limpiara.

Lo peor, este es el momento en el que ni una llamada por parte del gym para saber cómo sigue o si fue grave el accidente.. y realmente si lo fué.
