Parque Norte — Attraction in Medellín

Definitely a different experience than more western theme parks but I still had a very fun time, just remember that this is a Colombian theme park so some of the rides are a little rough but still safe. If you come here with an open mind you will have a fun time but if you’re expecting something like Canadas wonderland or six flags you will be disappointed. Only major complaint is that the line to get in was short but took a very long time. The workers would get distracted taking to people in line and the people selling the tickets would have to leave there stands to go tell them to let the next person up to the ticket stand. A bit crowded but amazing light displays and food. Go dressed for Christmas pics. I visited two years ago and the displays were better then, but I still highly recommend the park as a fun way to spend a short time with friends. You need just an hour unless kids will be riding the small attractions.

Admission is free but you have to pay to park. Also, unless you pay to park, you have to leave a little over halfway around the lake unless you have a parking ticket. I recommend seeing the entire park...

This pictures were taken during the eve of the inmmaculate conception eve. During those holydays there is all sorts of christmas event that fill all the city of joy ... the hole city becomes a big party and you feel like you're enjoying christmas with a reeeeeaaaaalllyy huge family. There is live music, booze and live presentation on the street ..... is an amazing experience...
