Second Mirador De Palmas — Attraction in Medellín

A friend drove us up the mountain here to the overlook at night. Its a perfect view of the city although its bit chilly. Hot chocolate with cheese at the bottom of the cup was being sold. The cheese baffles me as a foreigner though. Its like putting catchup in my coffee to my way of thinking. Theres a huge amount of locals and no police present that I observed but it appears to be well run and safe enough. Overall Medellin is my favorite city in Colombia. A beautiful place with wonderful views of the city. I suggest visit this place during the morning (in sunny days) rather than night, because there would be less people and you'd have a better experience. At nights there is a lot a people, and it's a shame that some of them usually are drinking alcohol or smoking, so at nights I would say that it's not a very family friendly space...
