Their reservation system is so dumb . It happens every time I come , there are few a bunch of tables open, and they don’t want to sit you. You ask what time is the reservation and it’s usually three hours from the time you arrive . So why not say we have this table reserved but you have to leave 15 min before the reservation . It’s like why lose business , why reject people that just want to have a drink and maybe a quick bite instead of having an empty table for 3 hours? Same just now , a bunch of tables open , we wanted to sit by the fire , and they were like it’s reserved but there is another open one right next to it. I asked, can i move ? No it’s reserved . I don’t think there is a system where you can reserve a specific table , unless I’m missing something . They are so inefficient . I hope they fix their system as people will get tired of that . Their service is not the best . The manager was just sitting on the computer and not solving anything . Not everyone is bad, Juan David our server was super sweet , hope the owner takes care of this going forward . It’s not possible that you come at 3 pm and then ask to sit on a table , they say it’s reserved. I asked what time , 5:45 pm and they can’t sit you . Like seriously, Medellin is not a small town and we have a lot people coming from all...
Read moreFrom the moment we arrived, the atmosphere took our breath away. The view was absolutely stunning, and the candle-lit tables created a romantic, intimate setting, just know you’ll likely be using your phone flashlight to read the menu and see your food (which honestly added to the charm!).
We started with a few appetizers to share: the Sausage, Taco Solomito, and Nachos each one packed with flavor and beautifully presented. For our mains, we went all-in on the meats: Solomito, Ribeye, and Picanha. As true meat lovers, we all agreed that the Picanha was the standout, perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy.
And don’t get me started on the mashed potatoes… hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life. Creamy, buttery, and unforgettable.
Highly recommend this place for anyone who appreciates great food, a magical atmosphere, and breathtaking views....
Read moreBeautiful space, a bit small on the inside/covered part and the outside tables are not that good (just try it on a rainy/very hot day, to confirm this).
The “cool” people just get in without mask and their spectacular entrance generally comes in very noisy, chatty groups; again, not wearing a mask, passing through the tables (that are not far away enough from the other, even with the new Covid flexibility rules). Staff are just their slaves, it is funny to see how servil they are with them, it is almost like they are scared of making them comply with the “restaurant rules”.
You can take nice pictures there, specially outside if you don't mind getting your shoes...
