Even though there was only one bad review on Google, we gave it a try. First of all the best way to contact and communicate in Costa Rica is WhatsApp calls or WhatsApp messaging. I send a message with my request and immediately received a reply. Carts were not an available on the same day I called, but Pablo called next morning and said that he had availability. He gave me a choice to rent a regular cart with small wheels or street-legal with large wheels. Two friendly guys, one of them was Alejandro, delivered a cart to our condo. The entire transaction was handled professionally and very friendly. They explained how to use it and that was it. This company has new golf carts and it was fun to ride it around. That’s why we decided to extend the rental for another week. Pablo, the manager, came over our place personally to sign extension papers. Apologies by owner, replacement, then 3 more times of carts "dying". I'm pretty sure the charging components are overheating. It's just not reliable at best and...
