Camparino — Restaurant in Cabo Velas

We walked here from Margaritaville beach resort (it’s .2 miles away) and WOW are we glad we found this place. We were the only ones there when we arrived and we didn’t have a reservation, but they sat us immediately. The main waiter was awesome and kept hauling the giant board with kitchen specials to each table. We got the cheese plate, meat (antipasto) plate, and the camparino pizza. This spot was within walking distance of our condo so we thought we would check it out. Although it was partially outside, it was still relatively kept cool. The drinks were good and so was the focaccia bread. It was cool to see them making the dough by hand behind the counter. I got the seafood pasta and it was solid. I grew up in NJ so I have higher standards for Italian food and it wasn’t amazing but it was decent enough. My partner got the pepperoni pizza and he enjoyed it. Camparino was a real treat! The pizza was absolutely excellent - the crust was perfectly crisp and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The drinks were also delicious, which really complemented the pizza nicely. But what stood out the most was the wonderful atmosphere. The space had a cozy, inviting vibe that made the whole dining experience feel special. The staff was friendly and attentive as well.
