Presidential Suites Playa Flamingo,Guanacaste Province.Costa Rica — Hotel in Cabo Velas

EXCELLENT SUITE!!! My family enjoyed staying here and we were able to enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and a balcony. The place had everything we needed to cook and store our food. The whole suite was so spacious and had ample room for all five of us. The upstairs had the living room, kitchen and balcony. The downstairs had the bedrooms and both bathrooms. We would've preferred having at least one bathroom upstairs, but that's a small suggestion. They stocked the walk-in closet with towels and sheets, and the washer/dryer was so convenient. There isn't detergent so you will have to buy that (along with a larger body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottle). It was a big help for us to wash swimsuits and towels immediately after the beach. The views were really nice as well. You can see Playa Flamingo from the balcony. Our suite had some of our view obstructed by some trees but other rooms would be able to see clearly. We also were able to use the communal pool, which is a beautiful area. There's also a shower station to wash your feet/body after using the pool or just after going to the beach. The beach is conveniently located about 10 - 15 min away by walk. By car, it's about 3-5 minutes. The only issue we had was the location since it was located on a VERY steep hill that was a bit narrow. Going up is difficult and our rental car needed to drive slow due to the turns. However, it is close to many activities in the area. We were able to be picked up for our catamaran cruise and scuba diving, so that was a big plus.
