Sparti Platres Rope Adventure Park — Attraction in Pano Platres

On Saturday we visited the park with 33 Students and 8 teachers. The place was very nice and exciting for our students, but the service and people was disgusting. First of all there should have been an employee at each station of the games not us teachers who were not aware if our children were doing the correct things. Some of the men were very rude to us and our students. Secondly, we gave our food orders to thd lady as soon as we arrived and mentioned that our children would eat at 1:30. When we were ready to eat, they only had 7 hamburgers, they ran out of fries and half of our children were not given what we ordered. Thirdly, the lady and the man in the kitchen did not wear gloves and were handling the food and money with their hands. All teachers were not served the food we ordered. We had to lay thd tables, clean them because it started to rain and our students had to be under cover. We were dissapointed because we expected better service and assistance. IT A RIP OFF. We went on a family trip to platres this summer and decided to visit the rope park. We were met by an extremely rude Russian woman who was literally speaking to all the customers as if they were her subjects. When we asked if the 18.00 Euro price was for children she told us if you don't like it you can go. TO talk about the actual experience which is supposed to be fun , it is about 20 minutes of climbing and crossing pieces of wood that have been nailed together and game over. To top it off a small bottle of water cost 1 Euro just so that they can make sure they take every penny off you. To give you an idea an adult can visit one of the fantastic waterparks in the country for the same price. The irony is that i have to put 1 star in order to post...

Ένα υπέροχο rope park για όλες τις ηλικίες – από 2 έως 80 ετών! Η ασφάλεια είναι πάντα η πρώτη προτεραιότητα. Υπάρχουν πολλές διαδρομές για κάθε ηλικία και επίπεδο, από απλές μέχρι πιο δύσκολες. Ιδανικό μέρος για να περάσετε μια ολόκληρη μέρα με την οικογένεια ή τους φίλους σας. Τέλειο και για εταιρικές εκδηλώσεις, γενέθλια και ομαδικές δραστηριότητες. Αν αγαπάτε τα ύψη ή αν θέλετε να ξεπεράσετε τον φόβο σας, αξίζει σίγουρα μια επίσκεψη. Ερχόμαστε συχνά και κάθε φορά βλέπουμε βελτιώσεις. Οι εκπαιδευτές είναι πάντα δίπλα σας για οδηγίες και φροντίδα, ώστε να απολαμβάνετε με ασφάλεια. Πάντα φεύγουμε με χαμόγελο!
