Antonis Cafe — Restaurant in Pano Platres

Our visit to your café was truly special, but unfortunately, I observed a negative approach from your owner in handling the cafe. Creating a toxic atmosphere with negative comments about customers in front of others sets a poor example for customer service. Pls take this review not as an attack but as Dad advising little girl with love.

I would suggest the following steps to change this situation: Customer Service Training: Encourage the owner to participate in customer service training programs to better understand the importance of positive feedback.

Promoting Positive Collaboration: Foster the creation of a positive spirit in the workplace where cooperation and respect towards customers are priorities.

Visiting Antonis cafe was a really bad experience, although it is one of the biggest cafe and most popular in Platres. 1) They do not serve espresso and so on, but they serve cypriot coffee. The cypriot coffee was not really a coffee and It was very hard to drink it as it twas disgusting. I have been in customer service since 2016 in a different industry i have a few words to say about the service. My family went there 02.07.2023. The occasion was the lavender festival in Platres. We were waiting for a waiter to order for over 20 minutes and then decided to leave. We asked politely 3 times and we are still waiting for them to show up with the menu.
