Puerto Chino — Attraction in Kissimmee

Very bad customer service, was yelled at bc I did not know their combos all came with house special rice which includes shrimp If it wasn’t bc of being allergic to shrimp I would of just picked it out when I went back to tell them got yelled at that it was my fault I didn’t read the menu right I didn’t even look at the menu I looked at the pictures on the wall and asked for that. The cashier should really inform customer the rice that comes with the combos have shrimp in case of any allergies since any other Chinese restaurant I’ve been to always give pork fried rice with their lunch combos. I live so close to this restaurant for the past 8 years only been their 3 times and every time I go I remember why I rarely go their. Yesterday evening my mother and I were so excited to eat from this place since we usually eat here. We were having a blast and order some pork fried rice and sweet & Sour chicken. When we went to pick up our order, my mother witnessed with her own eyes how one of the employees was taking pieces of Shrimp from one of the rice. He placed his finger and moved it all over the rice with NO GLOVES whatsoever. Then when he was done taking all the Shrimp out of the rice, he threw the the Shrimp into another rice that was cooking right beside him. If this doesn’t break any of the Food Sanitation Safety rules then I don’t know what would in this restaurant. Overall we will not be eating...

You can't really tell from these photos, but let me describe to you the smell and the taste: if you were to drop a chicken in the Tar Sands oil source and dragged it across Mount St. Helens active volcano you still wouldn't come close to what this disastrous, sorry excuse for a meal smelled and tasted like. Even before opening the bags that that the food (I use the word "food" loosely here) was in, we could smell the burnt grease. Nothing was edible, to include the chicken, crab Rangoon, egg rolls and dried bbq pork. Did I mention the house fried rice, was missing the house? Perhaps 3 pieces of shrimp Max.
