Staff : so respectful and cooperative alot of thanks to Mrs Jessica and Mr Mahmoud elsoufy they are so responsive and helpful. Service: is very good with rapid response. Golf car is available anytime to go to marassi marina and hotels. Pool : amazing and breathtaking vibes with comfort music. SPA : luxury facilities with free sauna and steam without jacuzzi. It's services are so expensive and the area is small but there is free access to the address golf SPA which is wide and contains jacuzzi. F&B : high quality of tasty foods but low choices and repetitive items lacking sea food products. The open buffet is small don't include high variety. The dinner open buffet don't contain any drinks except water so if you want is extra charged and i hated this attitude. All beverages and drinks inside all the property are Extra charged except in the room and breakfast open buffet restaurant. There is lack in bars and a la cart restaurants only bahar restaurant i liked it's vibes and prices. Lobby area is free from all drinks and nuts or desserts or dried fruits except in the morning unlike most of the five stars luxury hotels. Hibiscus welcome drink is available but the receptionist girl didn't give me . It was available without cups to prevent guests from drinking haha . I wanted to buy hibiscus from outside to provide it for guests it's not expensive hahaha. The receptionist girl was not smiley nor friendly with us . اكتب عن زيارتي لفندق العلمين في الساحل وجماله وجمال كل المرافق اللي موجوده فيه وبالأخص طاقم الاستقبال وطاقم مطعم Origens وما اعرف من وين ابدأ صراحة من جمال كل شي شفته وبالنسبة لي تعتبر افضل تجربة سفر مرت علي على الإطلاق وكأني في بيتي من الراحة والدلع وجمال الاخلاق اللي شفته من كل staff الفندق

حفاوة الإستقبال والإهتمام با أدق التفاصيل لصناعة تجربة فريدة من نوعها لجميع الضيوف وموظفين على مستوى عالي من الإلتزام والاحترافيّة واللي قامو بعملهم على اكمل وجهه

وابدأ بالشكر للطاقم المسؤول عن استقبال الضيوف وتجربتهم في الفندق وفي مقدمتهم الاستاذ سمير صبري اللي كان في استقبالنا اول ماوصلنا وشرحلنا كل شي يخص العلمين بكل احترافية ولطافه وابتسامة وتحمل اسئلتنا الكثيرة

وايضاً الفريق اللي معاه سيّد محمد صلاح. اللي كانو موجودين معانا طوال الوقت الي اخر يوم و ودعونا بابتسامته اللطيفة بكل شياكه واحترافيه

وبعدها نشكر مطعم Origens❤️ انا كنت موجودة تقريبا كل الوقت في الفندق ابتداء من الفطور الي فقرة العشاء نظافة وترتيب واهتمام من اجمل مايكون وبالنسبة للوجبات والأكل كله كان بمطعم Origens اكلهم مره لذيذ ونظيف من الفطور للغدا والعشاء وكل شي مرتب وطاقم العمل ولا غلطة كتبت هذا الريفيو عشان كل ال staff الموجودين بشكل عام القائمين على عملهم بكل امانه وماطلبو مني اكتب اي شي بس حبيت اعبر عن شكري لهم ولو بحاجه بسيطة على كل جهودهم شكر خاص جداً لمدير المطعم الأستاذ عمار المشرف على كل صغيرة وكبيره بنفسه وشكر خاص وكبير من كل قلبي لللأستاذ علاء الدين اللي ماقصر معانا ابداً من اول يوم وصلنا الي اخر يوم لنا في ال hotel بشوش ومرحاب ويتفانى بعمله وكل همه انو الناس تكون مبسوطه وطلباتهم مجابه واقف طول الوقت با ابتسامه لطيفه مع كل الضيوف الموجودين وكل طلب نبطلبه يجينا ب اسرع وقت احنا وغيرنا

اشكر ال staff اللي معانا من اول اليوم لين اخر اليوم بابتسامه وحفاوه من غير توقف 💫⭐️❤️ الأستاذ عمار الأستاذ علاالدين محمد عثمان منه زكريا اسماعيل سومعه احمد زكي عمر مختار

The room was clean and beautifully designed, and the beach was lovely. However, the overall experience was disappointing.

We booked a “celebration package” for $200, expecting a special and elegant setup, but it was extremely basic – just a few scattered flowers, a low-quality cake, and cheap balloons. It felt more like a free courtesy setup than something worth the price.

Also the Kids Club was unsafe – my children left multiple times without supervision, which was very concerning.
