This hotel and its staff are beyond expectations and incredibly above any kind of hospitality standard. Exceptional, magnificent. These are just a few words to describe this place.

Where do I begin.. I am speechless about how incredible my Stay at the Address Marassi Golf was. It was definitely beyond and above expectations. Never in my years of traveling abroad have I encountered the levels of service and dedication like I received at this hotel by its incredible family of people that run and operate this property. My wife and I and my three children had undoubtedly an epic vacation made possible by each and every person at this hotel. Literally this hotel and its family of people that work there are flawless. There was not one mistake not one problem and not one improvement required. Everything was perfect and it made our stay honestly the best 9 days I’ve ever spent in a hotel anywhere in the world. The service is unparalleled, the quality of the staff are amongst the best in the world. Everywhere we go in the hotel we are greeted with a smile and a bespoke personalization. Everyone knows your name , what you like what you don’t like .. absolutely incredible. Each and every person there truly show you the greatness of Egyptian hospitality. Nothing beats Egyptian hospitality.

I have never ever seen someone like Tamer, the General Manger. He has created a team of incredible dedicated superstars who run this hotel. The attention to detail, cleanliness, respect, quality and humility is unparalleled. Seif the hotel Manager is incredible- so supportive so helpful - a world class leader- Always on the floor making sure breakfast is perfect, the check in and check out of the guests are flawless. He is anlways there annd ready to be of support he is someone dedicated to the perfection of his ship. Omar the director of rooms at the property was more than caring and helpful in every situation, he went out of his way in so many occasions to make sure we were well looked after- and again always on the floor from day till night making sure everything is perfect. These three men at the helm of this incredible establishment really know hospitality. There is a saying “ Hire the right person for the right job” It is evident that This is the case with this property.

To all the guys who made my kids and family smile at breakfast and dinner, thank you so so much . Robert, El Said , Mohammed, Mohammed, And Hazem making the best fresh coffee, Abdullah making sure floors are always clean, Reda for always smiling and always being helpful. Chef Saif and Tarek, thank you so much , Ibrahim making the best omelets every morning - you guys are the best and a special thanks to Abdulrahman for making sure the flys are kept at bay.

I cannot forget Sayed and Galal, the way you made the beds and created incredible designs for the kids every morning was incredible - so creative and so full of life and energy. Tha k you. Reem and Shaimaa at the kids club you ladies are amazing , your patience and love to the kids was beautiful.

Salem and Ashraf at the reception you made my life easy and you were always very accommodating. And of course Hassan the concierge, your a superstar. Thank you...

This has got to be one of my favourite hotels that I have ever been to! Thank you so much for this amazing experience!

I went with a group of 5 friends. We all had individual rooms. The rooms are spacious, have good light and the decor is timeless and tasteful. You can plug usb chargers straight into the wall sockets, stream your tv apps straight to the tv and order near enough any service from the tv or phone in your room.

The cleanliness is extremely high. I am super fussy when it comes to clean bedding, towels, robes, bathrooms and carpets etc and it was beyond my expectations. The cleaning team here are incredible. They always ask if you need more cleaning and if everything is to your liking. Huge thank you to Ahmed and his cleaning team! You’re amazing. Defo get a 5 star from me!

The breakfast is really nice! Best part is the amazing hospitality. Harb was so wonderful, he had a caring and personal approach which was a lovely touch. The food had a great range and you can request certain dishes to be cooked such as omelettes.

The Spa is really nice. It is quite small so I would be intrigued to see how they run it when it’s busy as we came when there was not so many people and it was so nice to have it more or less all to ourselves. It is clean and they have everything you need!

Treatments were amazing! I had 3 massages as the value for money is wonderful! Ayuni was amazing. She was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. She asked regularly if the pressure was good and was open to change if needed.

The gym has a good range of equipment and you can adapt your workouts to what is available without too much change.

The hotel staff as a whole literally works so hard to ensure you have everything you need and there is no ask that is too big.

My only note would be that the cocktails are really expensive and I didn’t taste any alcohol in the ones I bought. Converting the EGP to GBP I ended up paying £23 for one cocktail.

Also the bath mats don’t stay on the floor as they don’t fit under the shower doors (in the bathroom in your actual hotel room and the spa) so it’s hard not to get the floor wet.

But these are super small notes for such an amazing hotel!

First of all, top of the hat to the hotelier’s taste, designers and teams in charge of aesthetics, landscape design, color palette, aromas, and overall vibe. Ladies at the reception, miss Radwa and miss Mariana checked me in, answered all my questions and gave me a tour around the hotel, its amenities, and showed me to my room, where I found a welcome card signed by hand and a complimentary fruit platter(thank you!). My room was very spacious, with the balcony overlooking a pool and a green golf course. During the tour ladies also showed me the spa area, and I was very curious to try their treatments, so I booked a Thai massage session. After a quick visit of the steam room my therapist miss Krisna invited me in the treatment room. She was very attentive and gentle, and made my back pain disappear. I liked my stay so much I extended it and booked a couple spa session for me and my husband, which we very much enjoyed. Miss Shaima assisted with our reservation at the spa, our therapists, miss Krisna and miss Komang led us through our sea holistic journey with care and attention, but didn’t hesitate to untie all the stubborn muscle knots and invited us to relax by the pool with a cup of tea after the session. The only downside of this session was that the sauna was quite cold and the steam rooms were turned off completely both in male and female sections, so we didn’t have a chance to warm up before the session. Once I informed miss Shaima about it, they turned it on immediately, but it takes at least half an hour for the steam room to warm up and we didn’t have that time then. My special thanks are to Mr. Peter at the reception, who helped me out with printing of my documents. Also, one more tip to the restaurant team - please make sure that breakfast options are communicated to the guests, because I learned that scrambled eggs, yogurt and toasts are available(even though they were not displayed on the main table) only on my last day and only because I overheard some other guests on my way out of the restaurant.
