Marassi completely failed to live up to its reputation. What should have been a relaxing and enjoyable visit was ruined by the disgraceful behavior of the security staff. Instead of ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, they treated guests with rudeness, arrogance, and zero professionalism.

It is shocking that a destination marketed as “luxury” allows such attitudes to represent it. The conduct of the security staff is not only unacceptable but also damaging to the entire guest experience. No one should have to tolerate negative attitude when they are paying to enjoy their leisure time here.

Unless there is a complete overhaul in the way security staff are trained and instructed to treat guests, I strongly advise others to reconsider before...
