Sea Waves Titanic Aqua & Diving Center — Attraction in Red Sea

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is the definition of unprofessional. The staff is completely unreliable, consistently late, and clearly uninterested in providing even the most basic level of service. Relying on them for anything important would be a massive mistake — unless you're in the mood to be disappointed, disrespected, and ignored.

Their communication is beyond poor. You can chase them for days and still end up with vague, careless responses — if they bother replying at all. It's as if professionalism is a foreign concept to them. No structure, no commitment, no accountability.

We have booked a tour with Sea Waves but had to unfortunately cancel the trip because my daughter was not feeling good. We knew that there is a 50% cancellation fee to pay which was okay. We wrote them also an email to inform them but nobody answered it. After i have wrote two more emails to get back the other 50% of our prepaid money, again nobody was answering any of my mails. Do not book dives with this company. I booked 4 dives over 2 days with them before arriving to hurghada. When we arrived, they transferred us to a completely different place (red sea sky). I could not communicate with anyone on the boat as none of them understood english. We went for our first dive and my brother and I regulators were not working and we cancelled the second dive to return to land.
