The shiisha(Hookah in Egyptian) is good, takes a lot of time to get to you though, considering the amount of people there are, I would say around a few hundreds. Its like a mega smoke beach bar.
I ordered a coffee and they didn't even bring it. What they did bring though were a complimentary watermelon balls with toothpicks or umbrellas for decoration and better handling.
There are many places for you to sit with tables with candles which they change once a while and also chairs, sofas, many low to the ground positioned laying couches, etc.
The place is on the expensive side though. It's just not a normal Egyptian place for the average Egyptian to go to. For example the Hookah costs around 350 Egyptian pound(L.E.), which is approximately 7$, coffee around 70 L.E.(1.20$), coctails and deserts around 300-500 L.E., Heineken beer 150 L.E. and a medium sized pizza around 385 L.E. or more.
There are two parts, the bar on the brink of the reef where the entrance is allowed for everybody and then the main and also the huge part on the reef above the beach, which is only allowed for couples. They say this but they let all the local women go there without a partner so most likely around 70% of the people there you'll see will be women.
Overall not considering the prices and what-not, it's a beautiful and lovely place located on the reef. With the dominant color there being RED, which is considered arousing emotions like anger, but mainly love and passion! Everyone is dancing all the time, even the men waitresses dance to induce a better atmosphere.

Read moreWe visited yesterday and it truly is as beautiful as you see on Tiktok/Instagram.
Be careful when walking down the steps as they are uneven and steep due to it being on a mountain. Also, couples and women only, not men alone.
We arrived in time for sunset and sat right at the front of the upstairs area. We watched over the sea and awaited for sunset so that we could watch the lights come on, which was indeed worth it!
We enjoyed a beautiful Turkish coffee and a large cocktail each (2 people) and we paid £30 gbp.
My only reason for a 4 star is regarding seating. It is very very busy and you must share very small areas with strangers. We felt slightly picked on as they kept getting us to move and added more and more people to the tiny space around us, which, as I struggle with enclosed spaces was uncomfortable however, they didnt seem to do this with other people.
It is a really authentic, eclectic and special place which I would highly recommend experiencing Farsha Cafe.
They kept it very tidy and clean constantly, staff were very friendly and toilets...
