We visited this place before our road trip to "Ruta de las Flores". Nice centered location. The most difficult part is to park across the street and walk there. One of the streets is wide enough to make a difficult crossing. Once you get there, you can walk and take pictures without any problem. People are friendly, and the monument itself well maintained. However, there was a stage that was there maybe from previous days that were not clean with abundant trash near ir or around it.

This square has a statue of Jesus, Saver of the World. It is a nice recognition to Jesus. The square is located in the middle of rotunda, and you want to go there. You need to pass by one of the pedestrian passes and need to be careful with the traffic. The lights were not working. Even though three police officers were in front of the pedestrian pass, all of them were chatting, and none took care of pedestrians passing through.

This was on our way to our hotel, we just had to quickly stop and find parking. This obviously was in December, it was great to see the area so festive and lively. The water fountain show was something to see and there were a lot of beautiful lights set up for taking great pictures.

Very busy roundabout, a very important Salvadorian landmark. It is a pleasant and safe park. There are armed yet friendly and polite, policemen guarding the monument and area. During the Holiday Season a huge Christmas tree as tall as the monument is placed next to it
