I understand that working in a busy shop with a lot of customers is not the easiest, but some of the staff here is quite rude.

I was picking up something from the service point. It was busy so I figured I would be waiting a while, and I was fine with that. At some point an employee walks over. I had my text message about the pickup and my wallet with ID all ready and waiting. The employee looked at my wallet and ID and barked at me: “Take it out! I need to scan the card” I kindly informed her that it was a foreign ID and unfortunately didn’t come with a bar code. She then proceeded to look up my order on the computer, found it from the shelves, dumped it on the counter, handed me back my wallet and said “Bye” quite curtly before walking away.

I’m not easily annoyed by bad customer service. But this was just very rude. I really hope the she was just having a bad day, and this is not the standard...
