During my stay at the Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara, Gujarat, I had a truly exceptional experience. The hotel provided luxurious accommodations and a range of modern amenities that exceeded my expectations. Its convenient location near Vadodara City and Airport was a major advantage for my travels. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and designed with great attention to detail. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the cleanliness of the private bathroom was impeccable. The provision of towels, free toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap demonstrated the hotel's commitment to ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The room boasted several additional features that added to the overall experience. The seating area provided a cozy space to relax and unwind, while the hardwood parquet floors added a touch of elegance. The availability of slippers and lockers added convenience and enhanced the overall comfort of the room. The presence of a telephone allowed for easy communication with hotel staff, and the city view from the room was a delightful bonus. The dessert options of samaiya gheer and beetroot halwa were simply delightful. The samaiya gheer was a new and amazing variety, while the beetroot halwa was a wonderful twist on a classic dessert. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff demonstrated a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. During a recent business trip to Vadodara, I had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton for two nights, and I must say, from the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with exceptional service and warmth that made my stay truly memorable. Right from the security and bellboy, who kindly assisted me with my bags ensuring a smooth transition to the hotel, to the front desk staff who made my Check-in a breeze, were attentive and humble. My room, with a city view, had a cozy ambiance and ample natural light which created a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The well-equipped workstation area provided the perfect setting for late-night business calls, while the heavenly bed ensured a restful night's sleep - I slept like a baby for a solid seven hours. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. Opting for the breakfast and dinner package, I was treated to a delectable buffet spread that left my taste buds tingling. The variety and quality of dishes, especially for non-vegetarians, were impressive, catering to every palate with finesse. The staff at Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara deserve special commendation for their exceptional service. Always attentive and humble, they went above and beyond to ensure that every need was promptly attended to. A particular shoutout goes to Shudhrita Deb, whose dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Namaste, We Actual Journey, DMC of Gujarat and Uttarakhand, and we regularly booked Four Points by Sheraton, but last 3-4 booking we face too much service issues, specially from Mr Paritosh Malik (Duty Manager), he is never ever pick up the phone on time, in my last booking of Mr Madhav (24.01.2024 - Night Stay), we booked hotel with Breakfast and Dinner, but hotel denied dinner at the time of Check inn, so we try to call on reception first for the issue but approx 06-07 times we call but no one can received the call, so we call on Mr Paritosh Malik on his mobile number approx 04-05 call, but he is not received the call, end of the all thing guest came from the room and given his mobile to talk to Mr Paritosh Malik, pls pick up the phone my Travel agent continue calling you why dont pick up his phone, and Mr Madhav given his mobile to Mr Paritosh for Dinner discussion, but too much rudely answer, "dont call me again and again, and after discussion the bed answer from Mr Paritosh, told me that "don't book our hotel next time we dont care for you and your booking and immediate cut the phone, after all Guest suffering for Dinner and we also, so pls take care before the booking with Four Ponts by Sheraton - Vadodara, because staff don't have manners how to take care and how talk to Guest. Security Check at entrance was most pathetic and Started worst experience / Impression aboutthis Hotel.

On duty Security staff was least bothered about Security Check & he just simply allowed me to go in. I literally felt that it's so easy for anyone to get inside this hotel & felt little unsafe.
