I recently had the pleasure of joining a wine tour with Provence Wine Tours, guided by the exceptional Gabriel, and I cannot recommend it enough. To start, my group and I showed up at the wrong pick up location, and the Provence Wine Tour organizers were extremely patient and understanding. I called them on the phone and they were able to organization a pickup for us to ensure we didn't miss the tour.

Our tour guide was an absolutely incredible. This guy was a certified sommelier, and he knew everything there was to know about wine. I mean, I'm talking grape varieties, terroir, and the region's history. He basically turned us into wine nerds in a matter of hours.

What was really interesting was how he clued us into the bigger picture: the impact of climate change on wine production. It was like a wine and climate change crash course. He explained the challenges vineyards face and what they're doing to adapt. Very eye-opening.

He was also a walking, talking wine encyclopedia, answering all our questions, no matter how silly they seemed. Plus, he had a great recommendation for a restaurant to hit up for dinner, and the food and wine pairings were spot on.

I'd jump at the chance to do it all over again, and you should too. Trust me, this tour is a must do when vising the Provence region, and it'll leave you with great memories and a newfound love and appreciation for wine. Cheers...
