An absolute disaster – not recommended at all! We bought our tickets at the counter and specifically asked if we could sit two people per bench because one person in our group has a disability and cannot bend their knees properly. Our request was ignored. When the train arrived 10 minutes late, a very unpleasant discussion started with the lady who sold us the tickets. She insisted that we had to sit four people on the bench, even though we explained that this wasn’t possible. Instead of finding a solution, she told us to get off the train! After a long, stressful argument, we were finally allowed to stay, but still had to sit four to a bench. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful – something we have never experienced before. The driver didn’t speak English and drove off without any communication. For a tourist destination, this was absolutely unacceptable. The ride itself? After 10 minutes through the city, we stopped at the Napoleon Monument for 15 minutes – but it was just a parking lot, with nothing interesting to see. Then we left the city, and the train started swaying dangerously at high speeds – a huge safety risk! After a brief stop at the highest point of the tour, we headed straight back. Overall, this trip was a complete rip-off, and this "tourist train" should be shut down. All the staff were unfriendly and disrespectful towards tourists. There are far better ways to explore Ajaccio. Absolutely not recommended! Unfortunately I have to give one star to review.

Great little way to get around town if you don’t feel like walking or want to see what there is if you decide to want to walk to it. There are two trains one for 45 minutes that just takes you around the town but does spend 10 minutes at napoleons statue, waste of time. The second train takes you all the way out to the point where the islands are and parks for 20 minutes and let you walk out and take some pictures. It’s a longer ride along the coast line might be worth it if you have the time. One thing I should mention is the driver needs to understand how it affects the passengers when he stops quickly as it jerks the cars.

What a horrible horrible "tour." I should have known better. "CASH ONLY" was my first clue, but no worries, most small businesses seem to prefer cash. The indifferent cashier told us it was a 10-20 minute wait, she must not know how to tell time because it was almost an hour, but that was not what made it horrible. We actually had to have the police come because the owner/operator (an old white haired man )was physically and verbally assaulting the passengers, striking the train itself as we all sat on the train! I have never seen anything like it. He was not going to let our train leave until he could pack the train (and I do mean over fill) with people, and when people started to complain he would become more violent. The police made him let our train go. There were no maps (when we asked, we were told take a picture of their tour sign-no QRcode, just a sign), a terrible pa system, and our driver actually left some people at the beach. He rang the train bell as he was pulling out of the parking lot. The other passengers forced him to stop as the women came running. The town was beautiful but I would not recommend this company to anyone. They also didn't tell us that one of the two stops they had was a closed attraction. Ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN. They don't even deserve the 1 star...
