Primark — Attraction in Arrondissement of Nanterre

I had a terrible experience with a girl called Fatima i guess who was wearing pink.. i always used to buy from primark never again! Val d’europe branch is so much better and the staff is much more respectful of the clients!!!Especially this branch, not only because i couldn’t find a solution to my query but the way she communicates with clients says a lot about who gets hired in Primark. Very bad communication. Talks to us in a very disrespectful manner because we wanted to return pants. don’t recommend at all!! Avoid at all costs. Says we lie. The manager who was wearing blue and the other manager in blue were respectful at least even though they didn’t resolve our query. My mother came back to ask Fatima why didn’t she accept to return the pants, she said she already explained and talked in a terrible manner… and “you’re not any different than your daughter”!!Very professional Primark well done hiring people!! Just been out shopping with the family, hoping to get some clothes for the new school year for the little one. Went into Primark and just couldn't get out quick enough. Not only were there people wandering round with their masks on their chins, there was staff wearing masks under their noses, including one of the security guards! I saw one staff member who's job was simply to pump sanitizer into peoples hands, she squirted a load into the hands of a woman who had her mask on her chin, didn't say a word.
