I had a terrible experience with a girl called Fatima i guess who was wearing pink.. i always used to buy from primark never again! Val d’europe branch is so much better and the staff is much more respectful of the clients!!!Especially this branch, not only because i couldn’t find a solution to my query but the way she communicates with clients says a lot about who gets hired in Primark. Very bad communication. Talks to us in a very disrespectful manner because we wanted to return pants. don’t recommend at all!! Avoid at all costs. Says we lie. The manager who was wearing blue and the other manager in blue were respectful at least even though they didn’t resolve our query. My mother came back to ask Fatima why didn’t she accept to return the pants, she said she already explained and talked in a terrible manner… and “you’re not any different than your daughter”!!Very professional Primark well done hiring people!! Never going to this place ever again because of the horrible experience. I wish i could give a 0 but it is not doable
