Bought a new pair of ski boots here this week. My old boots were extremely painful. Je réserve sur internet dans l'un des deux sports 2000 de la station. Au final j'arrive devant le magasin : fermé... J'appelle le 2ème sport 2000 pour les prévenir et leur demander d'annuler ma résa : "Ah non c'est pas possible on a bloqué les résa sur internet..." sous entendu je suis un menteur.

La personne ne veut pas annuler ma résa et n'en a pas grand chose à faire. J'arrive donc dans son magasin récupérer mes skis : je lui montre mon mail pour lui prouver son erreur... Aucune excuse présentée... et paire de skis en mauvais état...

J'ai loué pour le week-end (samedi-dimanche) le samedi après-midi les conditions ne sont pas bonnes j'appelle donc le magasin pour savoir s'il est possible de rendre les skis le jour même en me faisant rembourser ? : "Oui, pas de problème puisque vous avez réservé sur internet sur le site SPORT 2000"... Finalement aucun remboursement ... si j'avais su j'aurais continué à skier même si...
