This Abbey is still used for special occasions by the local townspeople but no longer has a resident priest. It was home to an order of Nuns up until as recently as 2006. It's most interesting features are it's architecture and more specifically the Roman architecture that is still visible. Again this isn't a disabled friendly location with small stairwells and tight spaces in several areas. The overall condition of the Abbey is excellent.

Little Abbey with a rich heritage. It’s like a time capsule different parts of the abbey built in different time period. A nice getaway from the major cities and a quiet respite to this quaint French town to soak how people go about their daily life.

Beautiful abbey with a great and interesting history. Lots of information and artifacts to see as well. The staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating - helpful for me, coming all the way from the USA on my visit! The guided tour was informative and engaging, and was done entirely in English - thanks to my great tour guide :) Thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would absolutely recommend visiting this lovely town and stopping by for a great...
