Sporting Casino Hossegor — Attraction in District of Dax

Came in with my partner on a night out with 80€ (40 + 40). I sit down on a broken roulette machine, and trying to select my chip bed size instantly spread 40 euros across the screen.

Kindly asked them if i could go on the other machine with my 40 euros. They where reasonable as they just saw me walk to the machine after trying to get my money withdrawn for 20 minutes (machine did not work for our cards).

But the man in the black suit (higher rank unlocks the blazer) made a big deal out of it, pretending to not speak or understand english and using he's employee as a tolk. My partner did understand French and heard the foul words used. He obviously saw how broken the machine was but pretended there was "no proof of evidence!". It was 40€ man Looking back on it i wished i would have saved the headache and walked away sooner

Plus rien à voir avec le Sporting Casino d'il y a 15 ans 😒. En rentrant aucun accueil ni bonjour de deux personnes croisées ! Installées dans des fauteuils devant le bar personne n'est venu prendre notre commande pourtant 2 employés derrière le bar. Sommes repartis 20 mn après sans aucune manifestation ni au revoir de qui que ce soit. De plus établissement triste sans aucune décoration, fleurs...établissement sans âme qui ne donne pas envie de rester. Vraiment déprimant après ce que l'on a connu il y a environ 15 ans de toute l'équipe pétillante aussi bien au restaurant, au bar, au...

Un joli ensemble art déco qui, de l'extérieur, ne brille pas à la hauteur de l'époque qu'il représente (la belle photo noir et blanc de la façade présentant le site cache effectivement qques couleurs, hélas, defraichies...). Mais.. Le fronton, la piscine, le bar, le restaurant regorgent de jolis détails d'époque (pour la partie casino, c'est du standard clignotant flashy...). Ne manquez pas la vue de la terrasse, côté canal approvisionnant le lac : lac, verdure, arbres splendides... Une rafraîchissante promenade digestive...
