I'm writing this review to provide information I could not find prior to my visit. Hopefully these few facts will be of help. Note my visit was during peak season / hot summer. The bay is walkable from Antibes (takes about an hour) Half of the road was shaded when I walked in at 8am and out at 12pm which makes for an easier walk in the heat. A bolt (uber like service) costs about 12 euros one way and there are plenty around and available When I arrived at 8:30am there were only 3 other people on the beach. It began to get significantly busy after 11am. The beach is fully shaded at this time when I arrived at 8:30am. The sun had made it's way across the water and onto some of the pebbles by 10am. By midday the pebbles were half shaded, half in sun, meaning there was some escape from the sun still if you wanted. There are multiple cut logs around the beach that are quite handy to use as tables if you bring a picnic. About 20 minutes walk from the beach there is a small food shop that also does coffee and has a few tables. There is a restaurant next door (Le Jardin Du Cap) that does lunch. There is another small supermarket about 10 minutes walk away. There are no toilet or water facilities at the bay Do at least part of the coastal walk to experience views of the bay from different angles and see further around...

Me and my girlfriend went there for the view. First we went down from yhe back alleys of billionaire villas. They really make you feel poor.
After there is a gate and on the left side the walk path down to cove.
Don't recommend to swim there because it is tiny and offers no place to lay down. But the view is amazing.
You want more, just follow the path and you will see even better views. So it is all about views views and views.
We watched the sunset with my girlfriend. My girlfriend is really into hiking. She wears white Snickers.
My girlfriend was a bit tired so we didn't finish the route. But my girlfriend really liked the sunset. We kissed.
There were some dogs and drones too. Honestly i didn't really pay attention when i was kissing my girlfriend. My girlfriend wore a very beautiful dress that day.

Read moregoogle maps doesn't have the route correct, the lanes on the peninsula are private so you have to walk along public paths further than the directions suggest. Which is fine, it builds the suspense. There are no cafes or toilets. the portaloo on the road is emptied early morning, so by noon it's disgusting. The public footpaths to the rocks are also gated off, so the tourists are pinned on to a small beach. And there is a constant stream of arrivals so it is more like sardines in a tin than sheep in a pen. As well as yachts and motorboats in the bay, with paddle boarders and snorkellers adding to the influx. But despite all this the bay is beautiful. If you want to cliff jump check the wind and waves in advance as it can be too choppy. The effort to climb the cliffs is worth it if you are fearless, but make sure the locals tell tou...
