Truly a fantastic experience. It’s pricey, but highly worth it. The service is extremely coordinated, which made sense because they told us about ten of them had come over as a unit from another restaurant. The dishes were quite creative. The setting is downright beautiful. This restaurant is probably gunning for that Michelin Star (opened in May, so ineligible to receive it until next year) and I HIGHLY suggest you go before it gets swamped with people. Especially because it is much better than some tourist traps which charge as high prices but are far worse.

My one note of feedback. was that the portion size of the main course was a bit small. With a prix fixe menu you expect smaller portions, you fill up as the meal goes on, but in general you expect the main course to be as big if not slightly larger. Went to dinner at Amarines with a group of 4. From the moment we stepped on the property, we were greeted with the warmest, most welcoming service. The team was awaiting our arrival, and made us feel right at home. Our table was nestled inside trees with warm lanterns hanging - the setting was nothing short of magical. Un accueil chaleureux a donné le ton d’une très belle soirée. L’atmosphère était agréable et détendue, avec une équipe souriante et aux petits soins.

Les plats étaient parfaitement exécutés, avec une belle justesse dans les saveurs et les cuissons. Mon coup de cœur va au ragoût de champignons, d’une finesse remarquable, qui m'a transporté en pleine balade en forêt. Chaque assiette témoignait d’une maîtrise précise et d’un vrai sens du goût.

Un grand bravo au chef cuisinier, à la cheffe pâtissière et leur équipe pour la qualité de leur travail. Le service était attentionné, les serveuses très prévenantes et le sommelier d’excellent conseil, contribuant à rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable.
