Le Sun-Beach — Attraction in Grasse

Very comfortable apartments with everything you need, just like at home. From the front door to the garage exit, everything has been thought out. The spacious apartment allowed us to host our friends for a few days and there were five of us there, not at all embarrassing each other. Separately, it should be noted the responsiveness of the host. Guy always came to the rescue very quickly and clearly, he even helped with issues that did not relate to the apartment. For example, he helped us get out of Italy when we were stuck there; the railway communication was disrupted due to the incident. And many other issues were resolved! The location is great. The apartments are excellent. The owner is great. And Antibes itself is a very nice town with gorgeous beaches, a very safe town, many restaurants and...

We stayed 13 nights, a family of 5 and had a great time. The place is very clean, new kitchen and appliances, beds are comfortable - we loved that the sleeping area is separated from the kitchen and living room and 2 balconies on both sides! Juan Le Pins' beaches are reachable in about 10 minutes by walk and also it is just a short walk to center of Antibes. There is a great bakery/coffee place close by and a grocery store. The most valuable and special feature of this place is the owner and his assistant. Our communication from the day 1 with Guy and Amanda was perfect. They are proactive, anticipating your needs, very helpful, nice and they act on the feedback provided immediately. I recommend this...

We were made to feel very welcome when we were met and the thoughtful little extras left were very much appreciated. The apartment was very spacious, well furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Also a lovely outlook from the rear veranda and it's in a great location near to great shops, restaurants, cafes and the beautiful beaches. Only a few minutes walk from the train station which was handy for day trips...
